Pura Vida Palm Springs

Is not designed for children.
Does not permit pets on the property.
Is a complete non-smoking property. A surcharge of US$300.00 will be added to a guest’s room if smoking takes place within the Resort
Guests are asked to show consideration to others by keeping personal music and noise at an appropriate level.
Each Guest will be asked to limit the number of their personal guests to 1, unless authorized by the resort manager
Guests having non registered overnight guests are subject to a $150.00 surcharge
You will be personally responsible and liable for any personal Guests brought onto the property
Behavior deemed inappropriate in public areas will not be permitted
We reserve the right to ask Guests to leave the property if their behavior is deemed inappropriate for the style of the Resort
No refunds will be given under these circumstances
Non registered Guests are not entitled to participate in some Resort activities without authorization from the Manager

Will accept reservations only from adults 21 and older.
Will not admit anyone under 21 to the resort.
Will limit the number of guests per room to two, unless authorized by the resort manager.
Minimum 2 night stay on Holiday & Special Event weekends
Minimum 3 night stay on Holiday & Special Event long weekends
Rates are based on 2 person double occupancy per night stay
A deposit of the first nights stay will be taken upon confirmation of reservation
Rates and policies are subject to change without notice
All rates are per night, single or double occupancy
All rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, & Discover
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card
Cash payments mus still have a valid credit card number on file
A photo ID is necessary at check in
Additional charges per night per person based on availability

For cancellations or changes within 7 days, written notice is required.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the total reservation amount.
Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

A 30 day notice is required to change or cancel a reservation for an event period. Full payment will be charged when a reservation is made for a Holiday or Event period (refundable if cancelled 30 days in advance.) Cancellations that are made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged for the total reservation amount. We will attempt to re-rent the room and issue a refund for the amount of the re-rent less a $25.00 service fee.

Holiday and Event periods include but are not limited to New Years, Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Palm Springs Pride, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Full payment will be charged when a reservation is made for a discounted rate. We cannot accept cancellations, changes or refunds for these rates. We will attempt to re-rent the room and issue a refund for the amount of the re-rent less a $50.00 service fee.

Rooms are available for check-in after 3:00PM . If you are planning an early arrival, please let us know and we will certainly try to accommodate you. Also, please advise us if you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM so we may ensure proper arrangements are made for an after hours check-in

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late Check-Out will be accommodated based on availability. Check-Out after 1:00 PM are at 50% of the daily room rate, when available.

Should you depart earlier than your confirmed checkout date, you will be charged for the full amount of your lodging reservation.
